Probably not. I don't have an SKS here to measure. Put a 12" long piece of tape on top of the rifle, with one end at the location where your eye is while holding the rifle. Mark 8-5/8" and 10-5/8" from the eye end of the tape. The eyepiece of the scope needs to be between those two marks. The NcStar website has dimensions on all their scopes. You can figure from those dimensions whether the ring-diameter portions of tube are near some part of the rifle that will support a mount & rings. Primary Arms, Scout Industries and others make good solid scout mounts that attach ahead of the chamber.
