The NcSTAR Vertical Grip mounts to picatinny and weaver rails. If your SDS Imports Tokarev Shotgun as available picatinny rail on the forend then the NcSTAR Vertical Grip will work.

Yes, the TBP 12 has a Picatinny rail (at least mine does) on the bottom so this will work.
