We would recommend reaching out to Canik to confirm if the TP9 SC takes the same sights as the TP9.

Will this front sight work on the Canik Mete SFX and line up with my Xs big dot rear sight?

This front sight is compatible with eh Canik Mete SFX, but we cannot guarantee it will align with a XS Big Dot rear sight.
