Are these goggles compatible with helmet mounts

Unfortunately this has a proprietary mounting pattern, so it will not fit helmet mounts.

Can this product be used in combination with a rifle scope for shooting at night?

This will not work with a traditional scope, it would have to be mounted in front of the scope rather than behind it, and there is not mounting system to do so.
