Would this fit a Bushnell Banner 2, 3X9x40 scope?

This is designed for the Nightforce 42mm rifle scopes not for the Bushnell.

Will this fit a NightForce SHV 3-10X42mm scope?

Unfortunately this will not fit the SHV, it only fits the ATACR and NXS series 42mm scopes.
