What is the warranty on Nikkon?

The manufacturer doesn't state what their warranty is on the Nikko Stirling Diamond 6-24x50mm FFP Rifle Scope. I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to the specifics of their warranty.

Would this scope be too overpowered for normal use at 100 yards, and an occasional 200-300 yards? Or would a smaller power scope be more suitable?

This can still be used for 100 yards, as well as 200-300.

Can you confirm it has dual illumination? Per pictures brightness is 0-11, so how is other color choosen?
