When sighting the scope in do you zero it at a hundred or do you need it an inch high? Dealer gave me wrong paper work

What is the range on this model 100 yds to?

Parallax is fixed at 100 yards. As far as effective range, that is affected by a number of factors, including firearm, shooter's vision, and shooter's skill.
