This scope will handle the recoil of a 300BLK round without issue, however the reticle and turrets are optimized for rimfire calibers.

Scope should "work" with your 300 in reference to recoil not causing damage to the internal adjustments and lenses. The ballistics of the 300 are WAY different than the .22LR the reticle is calibrated for so the BDC markings will be off.
