This scope will handle the recoil of a 300BLK round without issue, however the reticle and turrets are optimized for rimfire calibers.
Yes, it will.
Yes, you would just need a weaver or picatinny rail on your rifle, and you can use these rings: https://www.opticsplanet.com/weaver-see-thru-rings.html
This scope is designed for use on rimfire rifles, but it will still work on just about any rifle and caliber.
Yes, this ProStaff is compatible with your Henry 22.
Your Model 60 has a dovetailed receiver - it should be 3/8". Because of the rear sight on the Model 60, you want to purchase rings that will allow the optic to rise above the rear sight. See through rings like https://www.opticsplanet.com/weaver-see-thru-13-in-dovetail-riflescope-mounting-rings.html would allow you to retain the use of the iron sights.

The product is designed for use with rimfire cartridges - although Nikon describes it as "Shockproof". Using the Nikon "SpotOn" app, you can generate accurate values for the BDC reticle for virtually any caliber.
That said, there are other riflescope that would be more appropriate.

No - the P-Series mounts are intended for use on a flat-top AR-style rifle with a picatinny rail (your Savage 62 has a 3/8" dovetailed receiver). While there are adapters available to convert the dovetail to a picatinny, the P-Series would be far too tall (the equivalent of extra-high rings) for use on your Savage 62.

It's designed for use with rimfire cartridges. Niko describes it as "Shockproof", but i would recommend a shotgun-specific optic for a slug gun.
