Yes, it comes with a proprietary flat spring made by Odin Works to go with the buffer.

it really depends on three things 1# gasport size #ammunition/caliber if you're running 556 you're going to want to run probably H2~H3 maybe even heavier, if 300 blackout a carbine~h buffer 3, then is your suppressor high medium or low back pressure
