Will the mounting bracket allow for mounting to round pilings(poles) on boathouse/dock?

Hi Byron, The Elite Fish Combo comes with a dock post mount ring. It includes two lag bolts for the ring to be mounted to a 4x4 dock post. It does not have hardware to mounting to a pole.

what is the difference in the fish feeders elite fish feeders 50002 vs 50003

Item# 50002 is a Lifetime Fish Combo which has an analog clock timer. Item# 50003 is an Elite Fish Combo which has a digital timer.
