The OpticsPlanet Exclusive OpticsPlanet Jacket is an athletic fit so it may run a little small.

Why is the zipper wrong sided for men? The jacket I received has the pull tab on my left side. Opposite of every other normal male jacket. Annoying

If I wear size medium long in all ACU and combat shirts, what size should I get?

If you wear a Medium Long, I would probably recommend a Large in this jacket. Sizing up would account for longer length body and sleeves, similar to the ACU's you're referencing.

Are the sleeves lined? Most fleece jackets have unlined sleeves and drag heavy on shirts when you put them on.

The sleeves are not lined. They are fleece throughout the sleeves.
