what is IR skyscreens on Pact chronograph

The M7 IR SkyScreen contains an IR illuminator which is focused into a fan shaped beam and projected up against a retro-reflector affixed to the underside of the white diffuser screen. This provides absolutely consistent illumination and extremely reliable triggering.

Can You Use It For Shot Gun

It could be possible, but it's likely you could cause damage to some portion of the chronograph, or it may not accurately read the velocity due to muzzle blast on any rounds traveling under 1200 FPS.
