It is not, the unit is made to be used as a stand alone scope.

Where can I purchase different size adapters? The 48mm is way to big for my scope(s)

48mm is only the maximum, it will fit scopes with eyepieces up to 48mm so yours should work.

No, the PARD Optics Night Vision 4-28x16mm Rifle Scope does not have an adapter that is compatible with the ACOG 4x32 objective.
