Can this fit under an ACH helmet, if no what type does fit?

Compatible with most helmets, Dynamic Differential Microphone, Level Dependent Function, Noise cancelling microphone, Two Way Communication

No, the hearing defender models are the no-comms version of ComTac.

No, you need to by the Comtac helmet mounts specifically for ARC rails
