The noise reduction rating is 20 Decibel. They can function solely as muffs as well.

Do they come with the gel pads shown, and do you sell 3M ARC ADAPTERS for the OPSCORE Ballistic helmet...? I see no listing for non comm/arc attach...

Yes these come with the gel pads. Unfortunately we do not have the ARC rail adapters separately at this time.
