The manufacturer does not provide information regarding the Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc AR-15 Pistol Buffer Tube Complete Assembly having BCG Support or Anti Tilt Extension. For that information I recommend contacting Phase 5 Weapon Systems.

Just received the product; and to answer my own question, the answer is Yes. What I received is indeed slightly different than what is pictured. The product Has the BCG support/ anti tilt extension. Also, the side of the tube does not have the word “pistol” written on it. It simply has the manufacturer’s logo engraved into the tube.
