If this put on a foldable adapter can it be put on a pistol

No, even with a folding stock adapter the Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc CMSA Carbine Mini Stock Assembly AR15/AR10 Rifle is still a stock and cannot be put on a pistol.

The Carbine Mini Stock Assembly is a combo kit that includes the Phase 5 Universal Mini Stock mounted on the Phase 5 HexOne buffer tube for a compact fixed stock solution. This is a fixed stock and cannot be used on a pistol without changing the NFA classification of the weapon to being a SBR.
