The Phoenix Technology KickLite Shotgun Stock is adjustable for a length of pull of 11.5" to 15".

Can you mount a sling?

Yes. The Phoenix Technology KickLite Shotgun Stock features a cutout in the buttstock that can be used to weave a sling through. It also features a sling stud in the typical sling mounting location on an AR15 style buttstock. With that sling stud, you can purchase a sling swivel that fits to standard sling studs and attach your sling to that. You can find the KNS Precision Quick Release 1 1/4in Sling Swivel using the following link:
