Is this the correct height to use with Magpul MBUS rear sight? Adjustable, but I don't want to have to adjust it all the way up or all the way down!

The thumb wheel does not click and there is not a MOA value published by the manufacturer.

Is the front sight post replaceable with aftermarket front sight posts? Will the Magpul MBUS PRO front tritium post by Meprolight fit this sight?

No, this uses a proprietary sight post that can be adjusted via a thumb wheel.
