We do not have a Level III+ or higher rated plate that will be these dimensions. That's going to be something very difficult to find, as IIIA fits the bill for flexibility and lighter weight. Once you step up to Level III+ or Level IV, you're looking at rigid plates that are going to be much heavier, and something this size would likely be close to 25 lbs.
