The Presma 1911 Handgun Muzzle Brake (Model MZ-11-B) is designed to fit 5" Government-length 1911 pistols with a barrel outer diameter between .577" and .581", accommodating calibers up to .45 ACP, as well as .38 and 9mm. The Colt Delta Gold Cup 10mm Auto is a 5" Government-length 1911 variant. However, the 10mm Auto caliber produces higher pressures and recoil compared to .45 ACP. While the muzzle brake may physically fit the Delta Gold Cup, its performance and durability under the increased stress of 10mm Auto are uncertain. Additionally, minor milling or modification to the lug may be required for proper installation. It's advisable to consult with a qualified gunsmith to assess compatibility and ensure safe operation before proceeding with installation.
