Maybe — but not guaranteed. The Presma rail you linked is a DPMS-low-profile, free-float AR-10/.308 handguard that uses its own steel barrel nut and has an inside wall-to-wall I.D. of 1.57" (ridge-to-ridge 1.48"). Ruger’s SFAR ships with a factory free-float M-LOK handguard, but community reports show Ruger’s barrel nut/handguard interface isn’t always identical to generic DPMS/AR-10 standards, so some aftermarket rails/barrel nuts will fit while others will not.
