The Sniper .22 Dovetail Scope Mounts Integral Cantilever Rings might work on a Ruger American Compact .22 Mag. However since the dovetail mounting space is seperated by the ejection port I recommend using 3/8" dovetail rings instead of a 1 piece base.

How much space between the scope rings, and how long is the dovetail bracket. My Chiappa Double Badger has a very short dovetail rail.

The mounting length for the bracket is 62mm and the distance between the rings is 39mm. The measurement from outer edge to outer edge is 75mm.
