is there a means to mount this atop my PA 3x ACSS 5.56 combat optic?

Yes. Get the Mini Reflex 12 o'clock mount. Part number 910091. They also call it MR12 Offset Mount. It has a Glock MOS mount so you'll need a RR Adapter. Good Luck.

no. the 43x has an RMSc footprint and this red dot has an RMR footprint, or as the description says, a "507c" footprint (which is RMR).
