Will this work on the new 1x and 3x prism dots?

The Primary Arms Absolute Cowitness Micro Dot Riser works with red dots that use the Aimpoint T2 mounting footprint. So if the prism red dots you are talking about use that footprint they will work.

Yes, the Primary Arms Absolute Cowitness Micro Dot Riser fits optics that use the T1/T2 footprint, like the Vortex Crossfire II, and will provide an absolute cowitness (1.4" centerline).
