I have 6.5 grendel with a 20" barrel, would this scope be a good match?

6.5 Grendel drops and performs similarly to 308 Winchester. 308 also drops similarly to 556 as well. So I do think that the 556 reticle will match up to 6.5 Grendel once you do zero the optic. Side note: I have an AK 6.5 Grendel with a PSO scope that is BDC calibrated for 7.62x54R, and it matches the drop to 600 yards. And 7.62x54R matches 308 drop too. Short anwser is YES.

is the new Nova reticle only fiber optic, or illuminate as well? and how big is the center dot?

The Primary Arms SLx 1-6x24mm 30mm Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope with the ACSS Nove reticle is also illuminated with 11 illumination settings.

I thought MPN: 610181 was for the 762 x 39 BDC not the 556/762 (308) BDC. Pretty confusing since the description says it is for 556/308 (762).
