Does entire reticle illuminate. Hash marks included? Or just circle and chevron? I thought new green model only illuminates circle and chevron.

does the green reticle have more battery life than the red reticle?

The battery life will remain the same regardless of color.

It cannot, this is a 1x red dot with a 20mm objective lens.

Does the Cyclops w/ green reticle come with a low mount for use on AK rifles?

This does not come with a low mount, however it is compatible with Aimpoint Micro compatible mounts.
