Is the muzzle device pinned and welded on the 14.5" barrel making it a total of 16"+?

The FSC556 is pinned and welded for a legal length of 16 inches

Is every upper offered here pinned and welded? What about the upper with no muzzle device?

The Primary Weapons Systems MK114 MOD 2-M 14.5in bbl, .223 Wylde Upper Receiver model 18-2M114UA0BNC does not include a muzzle device and has a threaded muzzle.

It is stated that this does not come with a BCG. However, isn't this a long stroke piston operated upper receiver?

You are correct the Primary Weapons Systems MK114 MOD 2-M 14.5in bbl, .223 Wylde Upper Receiver is a long stroke piston operated upper receiver. So the BCG and charging handle are included.

This upper will include a Radian Raptor charging handle and a proprietary BCG for the piston system.

Can you also chambered both with 556/223 ammo?

You can safely shoot both .223 Rem and 5.56x45 through a .223 Wylde Barrel.

PWS only makes PicLok/mlok handguards and ships only with PicLok or mlok

Why is the Mod 2-M the only PWS upper with "gov. use only" restrictions? No other PWS models have this, even the shorter barreled ones.
