Can the arm rests come off? They might get in the way for now hunting.

How weather resistance is it? Can it be left in the rain and snow and not freeze up or rust.

The Primos Hunting Primos Double Bull Swivel Chair is durable, but I would recommend not leaving it out in the snow and rain for an extended period of time or leave in a blind all year long.
