I have an AR 10 with a fixed a2 front sight post will this allow a scope with a 50mm lens to clear the sight post? — 1 Answer

This mount will not clear a front sight post on an AR, but it is tall enough to mount a 50mm objective and depending on the magnification of the scope, you may not necessarily need to clear the front sight.
