No, there is no handle. That is the end where components such as bore brushes are attached. This is a 48" Length rod and made so you can cut to length you need.

This Rod has no handle, the brass part is the end for the #10/32. The rod is a full 48" length and made so you can cut to the exact length needed to clean for your black powder rifle.
