It shows .375 as the caliber but is that 375 ruger? Or 375 h&h I'd love to know before I spend north of 900 dollars

This is a Carbon Fiber blank and is not chambered or threaded. This will need to be cut and chambered by your Gunsmith in the 375 caliber of your choice.

No, the barrel models listed on this page are for bolt action rifles.
