No this is a pre-fit barrel for Bighorn Arms actions which even tho they are a R700 clone they use a Savage standard/small shank barrel tenion which is 1.062"x20tpi vs R700s 1.060"x16tpi(Threads Per Inch). Rem 700 barrels can not be pre-fit unless its a Remage conversion, a few company's make a Pre-Threaded Short Chambered barrel for 700s, but IMO & many others they aren't worth getting unless you're a knowledgeable machinist with the right tools, fixtures, & gauges already. Quality 1s would cost what having a blank turned and installed would be, plus the gunsmith could go ahead and true your action as well for not much more. There's also a lpt more skill level involved vs just threading on a pre-fit and check headspace w/Go & No-Go gauges.
