Is this specifically .243 Win or .243 caliber? Also the specifications state .257, which one is right?

It appears their listing is incorrect. These are 243 caliber barrels and are not chambered in 243 wWnchester. These are simply a blank that you can turn into any 243 caliber chambering that you want that will utilize the twist rate appropriately.
