I've bought 4 Proof carbon AR15 and AR10 barrels. The only barrels that come with something extra are the 6.5 Creedmoor barrels (they include a +2 gas tube). Tools you mention should come standard with the upper's hand rail (e.g. tool and barrel nut).

It is jus the barrel so you would need god block and tube and barrel nut.
