Does this come with a gas block and tube?

None of our barrels will come with a gas block. Any of the 300 blackout barrels are standard gas lengths and will not have a gas tube either. You will need to buy both separately. We do recommend the use of a gas block with the 2 set screws on the bottom as our barrels will come with a dimple in the barrel to make gas block alignment a breeze.

Is there a 9 inch carbon fiber 300aac black out available or can the 16 inch be cut down and rethreaded?

We do not offer a 9" 300BLK barrel. The shortest length we currently offer is 12.5" and the barrels cannot be cut down and re threaded.
