They basically have the same guts but the thermion has a slightly bigger FOV at 100 yards... like 2 feet or so. The Talion has a better charging system that accepts USB-C cable. From a performance perspective, they are the same scope. The Talion is 7 ounces lighter and has a built in QD mounting system. The Talion is $800 cheaper.
