I currently use carbon express TCX nocks that fit a shaft with a .244 inside diameter. What size wad nocks do I need?

The QAD Tune A Nock fits most internal component arrow shafts according to the manufacturer. They do not give anymore specifications than that. I recommend contacting QAD for that information.
