The Quarter Circle 10 .40 SW Barrels should work with the Aero Precision EPC. However, I recommend contacting Aero Precision to confirm compatibility.

Is thread size 5/8x24 or .578-28? Both are listed on page

can I use 10mm in this barrel

No, you cannot fire 10mm through a barrel chambered in .40 S&W. If you have a barrel chambered in 10mm you can shoot .40 S&W out of that, however, it is not recommended.

These Quarter Circle 10 .40 SW Barrels are designed for AR platforms. They will not fit in a Smith and Wesson SD40VE.
