Unfortunately the AB+Ramjet will not work with the ported slide based on the answers provided on RADIAN WEAPONS site.

The ported/Comp slide won't work however you can run the 365/365x slide with the xmacro grip + 3.1 Radian AB/Ramjet. You would need to change the recoil spring to the 3.1 as well. This setup would sit flush to the tip of the xmacro grip. Another alternative would be to run the 365xl slide w/ 3.7 Radian AB/Ramjet and reuse the 3.7 recoil spring the xmacro comp comes with. This setup would go past the tip of the xmacro grip by 1/2"
