According to the manufacturers website, none of the Radian Weapons Raptor Ambidextrous Charging Handles are compatible with the Sig 716 unfortunately. However, the charging handle you can find by clicking the link below will work for a Sig 716.

You still didn't answer his question. The Sig 716i is direct impingement. The Sig 716 Patrol is piston driven and does not use the same CH. The link mentions 716 but does not say which it works for.
