I measured my new Radian Raptor DS NP3 (won't fit in new Aero pistol upper) across the slot tabs and it measured .404". I then measured across the tabs of my PSA upper charging handle (no NP3) and it measured .400". So I tried the PSA charging handle in new Aero upper and it slid right in. Then I tried the new Radian Raptor DS NP3 handle in my PSA pistol upper and [it] slid right in. Lesson : PSA upper slot a little (unknown measurement) wider than Aero slot. Worked out ok since I have the suppressor on the PSA 300 blackout 8.5" upper. Good thing I kept my old inspectors gauges.
Correction . I answered my own question but incorrectly stated my measurements as . 400" and .404" over tabs , should be .490" for PSA & .494" over tabs of new Radian DS with NP3 .
