Am I right that this will not fit on a P365 X frame- just the XMacro frame, And, if so, will you be making one for the X frame?

Unlikely, as the XMacro frame has the ability to change its back-strap, this is a replacement for that portion. The smaller XL/X frames don’t have interchangeable back-straps so I do not see them making one for those frames.

No there is not, not too sure why it says that on OPs site but if you go to radian it shows a guide and the sku number on the site is H0014 which is the same here as well

Does this item require additional magazine baseplates?

Negative, factory Sig Baseplates fit fine. However, Radian does make an extended Baseplate to pair with this product.
