The Radical Firearms 16 in. 300 AAC Blackout Upper Assembly will work with Mil-Spec Ar15 lower receivers. So it will work with an M&P15 Sport 2.

Amy one know of a flip up sight that fits on this rail? The Mbus I got didnt fit. The flip button couldnt go high enough to not jam.

The Troy Micro Set - M4 Front and Dioptic Rear Folding Sights at the link below should work with this Radical Firearms 16 in. 300 AAC Blackout Upper Assembly. Those sights will mount to picatinny rail and should work fine with the Radical Firearms Rail.

Do I need to buy a bolt separate or does it come with one?

There are certain models of the Radical Firearms 16 in. 300 AAC Blackout Upper Assembly that come with a BCG and Charging Handle and others that do not. If you go to the selection toolbar above the various models and click on Additional Features, you can select if you want a model with BCG and Charging Handle or without. The models listed at the link below come with a BCG and Charging Handle.
