No, handguards are not interchangeable between small frame and large frame AR platforms unless the rifle you have is a specific small frame AR-10, like the Rugar SFAR. Further, your AR-10 pattern is going to determine what rails you can use. DPMS High being the most popular, followed by DPMS low, and Armalite. Note, Palmetto State Armory uses a proprietary rail system height and will only properly fit with their own handguards. Centurion, Samson, and SLR make high quality quad or semi-quad rails for DPMS high patterned AR-10s.
