What is width between bags at top? Will these fit Quietkat bike?

Rambo bikes does not provide the width however that should fit the QuietKat bikes as they use 4.5" tire width, and the largest Rambo bike uses a 4.8" width tire. Since this fits around the largest Rambo bike tire, it will fit around the QuietKat tire as well.
