Does this come with the all 3 metering drums (pistol, small rifle, and rifle) like midway?

These RCBS Competition Powder Measure do not come with all three metering drums. Model 98908 is for pisol/small rifle and model 98909 is for rifle.

What do you consider a small rifle?
