Yes, the purchase of this product includes both the Smart Lock Bore Guide as well as the AR15 Pivot Lock to hold the gun open while cleaning.

Will this handle all ar15 calibers or just the .223 diameter barrels?

The Real Avid Smart Lock Bore Cleaning Guide should work fine with a variety of AR15 calibers you will just need to use the correct cleaning brushes for the caliber rifle.
