Will any Streamlight fit this adapter on a S&W Shield 9mm?

No. However, Recover Tactical offers a list of recommended flashlights for this adapter that include the Olight PL Mini 2, Streamlight TLR3, TLR4, TLR6, TLR 7, Viridian C5L, Viridain CTL, and Crimson Trace CMR-202.

Will this fit the m&p 45 shield m2.0? I cannot find any rails adapters or anything stating they fit the 45 please help

That will be a negative Sir/Ma'am. I just tested it, this rail will not fit the 45 Shield.
